From Day One on the Internship pathway a new coach is immersed in content to teach and empower their progress through meeting a new athlete, profiling and prepping an athlete, and setting their own CPD pathway. 

Into Tiers One and Two the coaching pathways develop into scientifically grounded and research practices taught by the team of expert coaches at Pinnacle. Mentees on our T1 and T2 courses enjoy unfettered access to industry mentors to help navigate modules such as Technical and Behavioural Coaching, and Lead Coaching, and Progressions and Regressions. 

Our Tier Three Leadership course is a flagship year long mentorship immersing you side by side with the Founder and Leadership team at Pinnacle to help teach and guide you through the 50 module system that has created a multi million dollar turnover for Pinnacle. Spend time each week directly with a cohort of fellow Mentees and the Mentors of the course to learn and refine your own business leadership in this industry.

Frequently asked questions

How are the courses structured?

Each course is divided into video modules presenting research led content pertinent to that Tier of coaching education. Across the Internship, Tier One, and Tier Two certifications each video is accompanied with a Flashcard quiz to test what you have learned, downloadable templates and operating materials, and follow up tasks to take away.

The immersive year long Tier 3 Leadership Course is structured with 50 weekly video modules and a weekly webinar with the Lead Tutor for the Academy, Tom Summers, guest specialists, and your mentee cohort. The Tier 3 Leadership mentorship is our flagship education model teaching the proven strategies to building your own profitable gym model. 

You can watch the videos in your portal as many times as you want and keep returning to them if you choose. 

How do I complete the courses? 

To be awarded your course Certificate you are required to submit an Evidence Portfolio. The content of each portfolio is specific to the Course you have completed, for example the Internship Portfolio requires a Case Study presentation, evidence of testing battery completion, and a Needs Analysis of a chosen athlete. For the Tier Three you will be completing weekly tasks and building | refining your own business plan for the year with the opportunity to use the knowledge and strategy of the Pinnacle model to platform your own revenue generation.

For the Internship, Tier One, and Tier Two course you may also be required to submit coaching observation videos ranging from leading a Prep to Testing an athlete especially if you are enrolling in the Academy remotely. All submitted material will be assessed by your mentor and another Pinnacle coach mentor providing you detailed work on notes.

How do I choose my courses?

Great question. The Pinnacle Academy has four Tiers. If you are new to coaching and building your experience we recommend the Internship and Tier One courses. If you are a more experienced coach looking to expand your coaching knowledge and delivery skills then Tier Two is perfect for you. Finally our immersive year long Tier Three Leadership Course is an industry leading model for anyone wanting to develop their management skills to build their own business or significantly contribute to the organisation they are currently in.
